Our roofing work carries a special Sherriff-Goslin material and labor guarantee. Our roofs are guaranteed against leaks and defective material with full service at no expense to the customer for ten (l0) years on all Art-Loc® roofing jobs. This guarantee is transferable and thus remains on the roofing job for ten full years regardless of ownership.
Our Sherriff-Goslin guarantee is offered in addition to the 30 year standard manufacturer's warranty, which in many cases is the only service guarantee offered by our competition. The manufacturer's warranty, however, covers only reimbursement for defective materials and at a reduced rate for each year after initial installation (prorated). These manufacturer's warranties are limited in that they apply only to the original purchaser and assume no responsibility for leaks in chimney or wall flashing, or valleys, or for workmanship related issues, and they do not cover repair or replacement labor.
